I'm a writer by profession and choice. So finding a journal app that allows a collaborative feature was very important. Waffle fulfills this perfectly. The user interface is clean and minimalist. Set-up is intuitive and there are no gimmicks, no add-ons that infantilize the experience (I'm an adult. I don't want to share stickers and write an entire entry composed of emojis). Feedback: please create "edit" feature. I'd like to correct mistakes, add or delete bits to an entry. Much needed!
Overall nice app. But i am unable to open the journal from my former account after switching my mobile. Everytime i try to login, it creats a new profile with the same email id and asks approval for joining the existing journal. Dont know where the actual problem is, would suggest the development team to look into this matter.
Lags when you've typed something long. Solution I use: Post it and edit it afterwards. Other than that, this app serves its purpose. I'm thankful for this, literally. This could be useful for friends, family, couples, and etc. who are apart and want to maintain their relationship/connection despite the distance. This is a great app to express yourself, when speaking up is difficult. I hope there could be a "my day" feature, where we can post image similar to some apps. Thanks a lot, Sato!
