The app was better than nothing, but it needs work. It required frequent refreshes, and the messaging feature stopped working on day 6. Navigation is not intuitive, and many of the screens leave you wanting/needing more information. It would have been nice to have the current location and local weather information on the app.
The app works well. However, knowing feedback for improvements is welcomed, I wanted to provide just a few ideas to add. I recently cruised in April 2023 and used the app frequently for daily planning. Being able to add them to the "my calendar" side was genius, as it automatically sent reminders of "you have plans." The text feature is great! Suggestion: Add a map/course heading of where the ship is currently located while on board. Airlines have this, and I think it would be a great addition.
We liked using rhe app while we were on the cruise. it was nice controlling the room lights and temperature from our phones. The daily event schedule times were sometimes wrong on the first cruise, but it got better on the next cruise. It helped us check in and know what is going on. The ship inconsistent wifi was the biggest problem, the newer refurbushed ships are better than the older ones. This app gets better every cruise.
