Unreliable. Logs you out at random times. Sometimes your calender is empty, or your account activity is blank. The calender is super flaky and won't allow input at times. The entire ux needs and overhaul, it's pretty, but pretty broken. Cruise was fine, but this app is garbage. I got the same notification that my departure details have changed at least 20 times, but nothing changed...
It's okay, but it's not Royal Caribbean level and that's where the disconnect ends up being. The account charges (folio) does not have smooth scrolling. Please focus some developer time on that. Messaging feature, just like everyone else said, it works, but show's messages send twice, but they don't. It needs to provide better interactive feature such as read receipt, etc.. (plenty of apps to copy from) The scrolling in daily planner is poor, bringing it up or trying to hide it is buggy.
The app worked great but their is a flaw that is really irritating. When someone sends you a message it only shows the number of messages received after you open the app. It should be a notification on the app icon notifying that you have a message. Otherwise you don't know until you open the app. Sort of like text messages do through your messaging app.
