I really like the app and love the recipes. I like that Centr 6 program has 3 difficulties in 1 video. But it still needs improvement! If you're training every day, the music gets super repetitive! No favorites and you don't have an overview of when you trained or cooked something. It is important for me to track my progress and would be great to make my own planner (choose the trainings and meals you wanna do each day). Other free apps have more to offer for the moment. Personalize!!!!
Imho a real cool app, but I still won't continue to use it. Especially the meditations are great. Its missing customization options, for example "show only workouts without equipment" or filter out recipes by ingredients. The recipes are great, but shopping the ingredients for a whole week takes an insane amount of time and you will have a lot of ingredients left over. Too expensive for me, but I still think it's a cool app. I would pay for an app that is just the meditation stuff.
Very good app with a massive variety of workouts for different preferences and equipment. The coached workouts are really good, and I seldom workout without following one. There is a meal plan feature, which I find myself using to find new healthy and simple recipes, however I don't follow the plan regularly. There is also a grocery list function which doesn't work amazingly, as you cannot easily export this to a list to paste elsewhere. I don't want my groceries in this app only.
