App very complete. You can choose between training with material and at home workout with weights/bands or kettlebells for example. Everything can be adapted without material easily and there is a huge choice of sports. I tried pilate, fit danse and yoga for the first time and it was lovely. Additionally you have access to a wide range of vegetarian recipes with two new ones added each week. The coaches are very motivating. Big up to Sissy and Tiny for a wonderful work
Honestly, great app. I've started using it June 2020, as someone who hated working out. Today, I can't do two days without a session on TSE or trying out one of their many recipes. The app is constantly changing and improving, with new sessions and programmes being added every few months or so. Guaranteed no more boring or repetitive workouts!!

It has a huge amount of programs, from muscle training to cardio and yoga to suit everyone's taste )) Two different meals are also updated each week to help you acheive the best results (they are environment friendly with season fruits and veggies).
