It's great when it works. But, by default video should NOT be enabled. At least prompt the call recipient with a choice. Periodically, you have to reset the app and lose all call history. I had to reset the app, again. So, I'm now logged out. The app states I can't log back in unless I'm on my corporate network, on my phone. I logged into the corporate WiFi, and the app says it can't find my email address so I still can't login. For such a large company, this app is horrible.
It's like this app was developed 30 years ago. It's the only app I know of that can't detect what headphones I have plugged in, doesn't auto-detect, nor does it hold the settings anytime you unplug and plug back in. I have to constantly reset my audio every time I open the app. Half the time, the audio sucks anyway.
I have experienced an issue with almost every aspect of this app. The phone continues ringing long after the caller has hung up, I miss calls while the phone is in my hand, the connection is often staticky, but the tipping point was just now when leaving a message, the keypad wouldn't work and I was unable to hangup. I hit the red x over and over, hit *, tried to logout. I had to uninstall the app to end what must be the longest, most awkward voicemail in my career. This app is horrible.
