I have yet to experience a system and app as flawed as WebEx. I have actually lost clients thanks to it. Calls drop all the time. Apparently the Internet provider I use (which services millions of people) doesn't meet their "network requirements", so calls drop. Ridiculous. Or when you go to answer a call, it takes so long for the app to open and respond that you end up missing the call. In the rare instance you can answer the call, it doesn't work with your Bluetooth device 50% of the time.
Finally, I got this through work so I can use my mobile phone to make and receive work calls, but the audio will not connect to my cochlear implant devices like the rest of the phone does. Whatever is blocking the app from connecting to my cochlear devices needs to be removed or fixed. This makes the app/service and service absolutely pointless for me. It's 2024, get better with accessibility.
This app used to work okay, but for the past couple months of updates it's become literally unusable. The app crashes every single time i try to just type in a phone number. Calls come in but when I press Answer it doesn't actually pick up, just keeps ringing. Crashes constantly. I have to use this for work but lately I just have been giving out my personal number because WebEx cannot EVER place or pick up calls without crashing. In the past is was much more stable.
