Was sceptical but it's a really good app. I actually feel like I've done a workout. The help from the trainer is brilliant and supportive, and the videos showing how to do the e exercise is a nice bonus. Definitely the best I've found, and simplified as well.
Not sold on the app. There are so many shortcomings. You can't substitute exercises with what you want. And the alternatives are the same exercise that you are trying to swap out. Meaning you want to swap out squats? Well sure, as long as it's dumbbell squats or another squat exercise. You can't just skip the exercise. You can't rearrange the exercises. It's cumbersome to change lbs and reps. All of this cannot be changed during the workout. I want to be able to do this on the fly.
Great app to create gym workout plans, track progress, and also personalize the plans according to your needs. There are plenty of exercises and the ability to choose alternative ones. It's still in early development and has some bugs, but there is a lot of potential in the app and it has become my gym buddy at the gym. Their customer support is amazing, really trying to help, hear, and learn from customers. I totally recommend to give it a try.
