Great concept, great in-app UX. However, I am giving 3 stars for the use of misleading marketing. They use phrases like 'instant compensation' and 'immediately transfer' - yet it took 45 hours to initiate the payment. At least from my perspective, instant = within 10 minutes of an insurance event. Hope that with enough automation you will get there one day. In the meantime, please consider better wording.
Not great user interface No idea why but the app add a ticket fly that probably read in my calendar but I can't even edit or remove it. There is no about or email or link nothing in the app. The UI is very nice to add a flight but to do any modifications, knowing about help , or else ... Nothing is just one way app.
I haven't gotten the chance to use the app yet, but when I installed it, it asked if I want to be reminded to use it whenever I am mear an airport, so I said yes. Well I live 1 km away from one, and now I am constatly receiving notifications about that, and worst part, there is no settings button to change that preference.
