This app sounded great, and I wanted to try it, but the description is deceptive. It says that the BASIC version is FREE. However, you HAVE TO enter a METHOD of PAYMENT for the $34.99 MO AUTO RENEWING SUBSCRIPTION. Basically, there is NO part of this app that is FREE. You DON'T have the option to access any part of the app. Not only are you unable to back out of the app , but it also freezes your screen.
I love this app and being able to see my best rank, but please add a feature that lets players adjust the current difficulty on each game ourselves. Our best rank shouldn't be the only difficulty we ever get to play on, and I won't reset my progress. Sometimes, we just want to play the same game on an easier level. I'm speaking from experience on that because I'm a returning player back after years of not playing who's stuck playing certain games on much harder ranks than I can handle 😅
Switched to Pro version and now I have to reinstall the app every time I want to use it. I've reported the issue to Peak support and recvd a canned response. My subscription period is running while the app is not. The games are great and challenge increases as you go, but too many tech troubles. Worked with tech support over a too long period of time without success. Extremely frustrating! Please repair the issues with the app loading and recognizing users as Pro subscribers.
