Terrible app design. Being sent from my browser to the app, back to the browser multiple times, just to register. But the worst aspect of the app is it auto corrects my address to what it thinks is correct. Most apps or sites would notice, and ask, say 'hey we have this address in our system, would you like to change it, or use the one you entered'. Now I can't even get anything shipped to my house, because my address is wrong in the app. So I guess I'm not going to be shopping much on this app.
Worst app ever. Very difficult to scroll down. Hardly ever can make it through to your bag to complete an order if you ever get that far. Too many spinning circles. Edit: 1/29/2024 I haven't ordered anything from JCPenny for a very long time. It's a shame as I've always liked their products and sales. I gave the App a try after each update to see if there would be any improvement but there wasn't. I can order from other stores online with no problem at all so it's not my phone.
This review is regarding the app, only - nothing to do with the store or products. The app is great, don't get me wrong. Among the best, actually. However, ...... there is one small area that could use some improvement: The order history. It does not reflect the purchase price after discounts, item by item - or the cost after any returns. I absolutely love the cost breakdown found on the JCP in-store receipt, and would love for this same price analysis to be available in-app.
