Why should customers have to download an app they have to login to literally every single time they go to your store to see if they have the deals loaded and ready to go! Give everyone deals no matter what!!!! To top it off every time you clip something it will not just get rid of that one so that you can clip more, no it resets so that you can't add everything! This app has been a nightmare from the beginning. Like I'm expected to scan every item I put in my cart!
It's nice to order groceries from the app but the app itself is garbage. It only holds one card's info at a time so if you have multiple you have to get your card out every time. The app also will just crash and kick you out constantly. Plus the search results don't work very well, and half the products are out of stock in store. just now I tried to get refunded because I got produce that was already going bad and only the "report issue" page seems to be down.
(EDIT: Albertsons' bot response to negative reviews is *useless*. Just fix your broken app.) I only use this app to scan digital coupons but they only get applied at checkout about 10% of the time. I scan the barcode when I see the coupon on the pricetag; it shows up in the app and I clip the coupon. That works. But despite it working correctly in the app, it almost never gets applied at checkout. Even Safeway clerks talk about how bad this app is.
