so far so good, I looked into the oura ring but with this I don't have to buy the app. just not sure why I don't get any notifications, I have to open the app to see what my status is or check the widget. but I the energy dips and highs are pretty accurate so far! Edit: notifications are turned on, and they are still not coming through, also tried everything the developer emailed me. Uninstalled the app. No notifications!
Great information, not super useful for me daily as with my work I can't just decide what my schedule is based on my energy peaks and dips. I'm cancelling my subscription though because it's super slow and sometimes completely unresponsive until restarted and it is super difficult to edit sleep times. I can't get it to save my sleep last night and the dial to add sleep times instead of just letting my type it is super annoying. So cool premise but not worth the cost.
Cool concept, but it's just checking when you pick it up or put it down I don't use my phone much so it started adding large "sleep times" in the evening when I'm working Which wouldn't be the end of the world but the delete button is disabled, I guess they don't trust users to set whether or not they were sleeping Kind of annoyed because just 1 incorrectly added session instantly and permanently broke the entire app It's kind of ridiculous how quickly it fell apart. Waste of time
