I was excited about the app but it really has some issues. The alarm goes off even though I turned it off. The app thought it's own alarm ring was flatulence! I keep having to reset settings or it doesn't record. It thinks snoring is talking often. There is also ridiculous advice on losing weight for snoring. Eat cereals? It is full of outdated and very poor advice. That is a huge red flag to me. Trying to get a refund..
Before paying, I had a full night of recordings to listen too. The moment that I paid for the year, the app no longer records anything. My sleep times are completely inaccurate if documented at all and now it tells me that my sleep times are to short to score when i sleep no less than 8 hrs a night without waking. In the trial phase, it records and documents lots of important information that you cannot hear or see until you pay. But, the moment you pay and the app stops working at all.
Very disappointed. I turn this on before bed and 2 out of 5 nights it has said that I get only 34 min to just under 2 hrs sleep. I know I have been asleep, the sounds and things it says happen are consistent with sleep but it does not measure sleep properly even when the app is turned on and set where it says to set the phone... It is far from worth the $$ per year it wants. I do not recommend at all, especially if you are trying to accurately monitor your sleep.
