Works great for protection on multiple fronts. Only negative is every additional thing you want added to your service costs you more money. There is no "flat rate" for all services. You have to choose each one as ala cart. It can get very pricey. I will be dropping several layers of protection in the next day or two as I just got hit with bill in the high 300's for the yearly charges on the services I chose. I like protection, but that is just too much. I wish they would offer a flat rate tier.
I'm NOT a techie, so vocabulary & instruction needs to be very basic. It was difficult for me to order. Then a couple weeks later, I realized it needed to be turned on. Somehow, I pressed the correct "buttons" with guesswork on which pages to which to go. There had been many warnings of bad things in my phone & to finish my order. It has been a couple days, so I hope to see zero warnings. If I find no warnings, I'll feel gloriously safe & happy. Thanks!
I subscribed to this, did the free trial for 7 days and it said I'd be charged 14.99 for one year at the end of the free trial. I normally would have cancelled since I can't afford another subscription each month but figured that's not bad especially for a year. Well it just tried to charge my card 50something! Thankfully I haven't gotten paid yet and it declined. But that's 100% slimy and dishonest. Never again!
