I recently noticed that new passwords saved on my phone do not sync over to my laptop like it did in the past. Syncing across multiple platforms is the main reason I decide to use a paid password manager instead of a free one. I don't recall this happening once during my first year when I had the Premium plan. I downgraded to the Advanced plan and now I'm having issues? Probably a coincidence, but I don't see myself renewing my subscription once this one ends unfortunately.
Great app until you need customer service. Been using this app for years and really enjoyed using it and have recommended it but that is all changed. I contacted customer service couple days ago and was trying to fix an issue. I received a few emails back and forth but after they decided they couldn't help me with my issue they decided to just ghost me and not reply.
This app works until the trial ends and makes you upgrade for I believe $7 a month. I can understand a one-time fee but not monthly. On top of that, once you start using it and have a lot of login information there is no way to export the data to a CSV file to move to a different manager. For the most part, it allows thumb to unlock until it asks for the master password, which of course I never remember. I gave it two stars reluctantly but since it does work I couldn't give it one star
