I use LastPass on my computer, amd it works marvelously there. But this app keeps getting worse and worse. First it started saving passwords as the dot character, not the actual password. That was eventually fixed, but now when it offers to save a new password it doesn't do anything - I have to save them all manually, or create new logins on a computer. Recently, I'm not getting prompts to fill user names, only passwords, so I have to look those up and enter manually.
I had been using the app for close to three years. Often, I would put in the right password and it wouldn't log in until I closed the app and opened it back up. Lately it has been very glitchy. More so than usual until the expected happen. It glitched to the point it denied me access. After repeated account recovery attempts with links that don't work I am trying something else.I kept thinking the app would get better. It did not. Save yourself the aggravation.
Have been a customer for many years, but this service seems to only get worse. Lastpass recently tried charging a defunct credit card, so tried updating to our new card which it won't accept (every other service will). We lose premium benefits, so can't chat with support AND we lose functionality. I asked support for an extension on premium while we get things sorted, but no. Lastpass support has been lippy and rude in the past. Now I'm looking to find a better service.
