The maps flashes when using Satellite and Terrain mode. And uses a lot of battery compared to the free version. I am using a Pixel 3a xl. The flashing is so annoying, I may ask for a refund. Not worth getting a headache over when the free version works so well. But then again, it is a tossup, because this is a nice app, and I don't have to use the maps in those modes. The battery went from 100 to 77 in an hour's time. I guess still not too bad. I was surprised as that is twice what's normal.
Love this app, especially at night for the HUD, heads-up-display. It's such a useful app for driving. My only gripe is that it's too easy to pause the app. I accidently hit it and when I'm driving I don't want to have to reach for the phone. I wish the pause/resume "button" was on the tap once page. But minor issue. This app is still perfect.
Very good app, excellent user interface, easy to use and the full version is worth purchasing. lots of custom setting and very easy to use. the free version is clean, ad free and basic and that immediately set it apart for me: its not a money grab. I recommend this over the others because it really is just so easy to set up and use.
