The app was easy to use, worked smoothly for everything. Interface was clean without having too much whitespace, buttons to navigate were easy to find for all main goals. Didn't experience any buggy-ness or crashing at all. apmnt scheduling was simple, the interface for connecting for video apmts was refreshingly easy. 10/10 on the app, thought and development effort was put into it. Reminder cadence was great -option to manage would be nice to have. Service provided exceeded expectations too.
As far as convenience, and access to health-care that otherwise may not have been possible, it's great. The 1 star are because there are issues with the app that don't seem to be getting resolved on the therapy side of the app; such as never connecting you with a provider, issues with making an appt and their response time is lacking if they respond at all. From the healthcare side, it's been amazing; from the psychology side, it's really lacking. Lately, I can't even submit a ticket to support.
EXCELLENT! My doctor was attentive. She wasn't rushing to be done and even anticipated what I might need so I don't have to call back. I recommend this app. You get to do a video visit so the doctor can actually see you. They ask for things like temperature and blood pressure (if you have the means to get them...(it's not required). I was also grateful that my doctor spoke clear English. I have hearing loss and auditory processing disorder 😕 which makes accents hard to understand. Thanks Doc!
