Stories read by actual people are more enjoyable than those read by AI voice. AI mispronounces, connects words, and spells out profanity. It's unnecessary and annoying; character voices are inconsistent. Some books lack editing. Entire sentences are repeated multiple times within chapters and obvious words are missing. BOOKS SHOULD BE REMOVED IF NOT EDITED! Some books aren't complete and I feel that the entire process should be finished before adding to the site. QUALITY over quantity is best.
The stories so far are pretty good, but needing to pay for coins to unlock each chapter is a bit annoying. However, I understand that people need to get paid, and since there are no ads, it had to come another way. Overall, a good app, the general pay rate us is around 1 dollar per 6 you need at least 25 coins per chapter. I hope you enjoy the app.
Im Livid. I spent 10 bucks on the app today. Which isn't much but it's just a starter to see if I think the book is worth the listen. I was actually getting interested when an ad played and my phone bugged out completely. Tried resetting my phone multiple times and my phone worked great until I clicked on the app. So I uninstalled a bunch of apps thinking it was a storage problem. Nope. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled. And poof all of my coins are gone and my story reset. Fudge this app.
