So I do really like this app. Good range of books and some very popular ones! I honestly dont know if I can listen to a regular audio book again. However, when I first downloaded the app I was able to download each book without much difficulty; though obviously high quality took longer than normal. Now since the latest update, no matter what I do the download option doesn't even work. Nothing gets it past 0%. Now, I'm stuck streaming the content, which just limits when I can use the app.
The audibooks themselves are great. My problem is with the app itself. It is unbelievably frustrating to be 5+ hours in and have to find my spot again because it reset itself after I got out of the car for 30 seconds and came back in. It also sounds like this isn't an uncommon occurrence reading other reviews, so they need to get it together and fix their app.
Updated to lower stars. You have to fix your app from losing its place. How can you be so awful at such a basic audio feature Really cool experience. Have issues with it keeping track of where I left off every once in a while. Implementing some chapter functionality would be really helpful. Changed to 3 because every time I change app focus and go back to graphic audio app, my progress is randomly lost.
