The new update is better than the old version; however, it keeps freezing when doing a transfer. Always i have to exit the app and relogin again. Once i transaction is complete, i press DONE, but it freezes. There is no need to have the drop-down choice for transfers as (transfer code). Its confusing.
Really tiered of this application. First, it was related to the password now smart pass, I am not receiving any emails from the app to my mail.I tried many times to contact customer service representatives, and nobody responded. At last, one person responded to my call that, too, i waited for more than 15 minutes on call. But the problem is still not resolved.
I forgot my credentials so when provided the required information on app to recover my credentials, the app throws either error message or states "you are un-authorized to do this action"!! When the world is moving towards cistomer experience and balancing the security concerns, the upgrade seems to address none!
