The new app is so easy to use and much better! Thx, Elevations for upgrading my digital experience.
I've never used this app before, and the first thing you want me to submit is my SSN? This seems fishy. I'll use the website.
The new update sucks. The old layout was much easier, comprehensive and straight forward. The latest "revamp" of the web portal and app show less info yet put more unnecessary bs on your screen. Not to mention resetting my password which resulted in me being locked out of my bank account for a few days which was incredibly inconvenient.
