Frustrated, I signed up for a free trial and everything going smoothly until I got a new phone and suddenly can't export songs to cap cut. Worked perfectly for iphone, now that I'm using android it won't allow it. My free trial is almost expired and I'm planning to pay for the year but now I can't. There is no contact information whatsoever on the app to contact support. Ridiculous
I was looking for backing tracks that I could legally download and use as part of my one man show. How I ended up with epidemic sound mess beats me. In all honesty the tracks that I listened to were well put together and high quality, with that being said I couldn't find any tracks that I could use. And now when I want to unsubscribe it's like searching for a song that you don't know the artist. However signing up was a breeze. I am somewhat of a technitard but daaaaaang! My experience.
I had initially signed up for the free trial. I didn’t cancel it in time, and PayPal had set up an auto payment. I tried every email I use to log in, and every email to reset the password. I only received an email on one, but the account didn't show a subscription. I had to email them to cancel. The email I had the subscription through never received a single email until the one saying it was canceled. Not even the password reset link. Super shady company made it nearly impossible to cancel.
