Just eh. I got the free trial of the annual subscription so I could get an honest picture of what the service has to offer. It was nothing but very trite "advice bites" disguised as meditation or wellness sessions. The one feature I did like was the affirmations, but all of the sessions felt overly simplified, patronizing, and not helpful. The background sounds were nice and the app interface was easy to use. But the overall service provided was a total waste, I even canceled my free trial early
with trying to do a physical journal, and use notes for thoughts while independently doing breathing exercises, this app makes it a checklist and checks it off as you do it, a lot easier having it setup for you in one place while providing skills during the 2 min exercises to visualize and process things better. I haven't used all the features yet because I'm already blown away by how simple and useful it is. I really like the nature sounds when you open the app also it makes you feel happy.
The music was relaxing and the meditations were great. Any sound continues in the background, so you don't need to worry if your phone turns off. However, when trying to open the daily wellness tip, journaling, or some therapy sessions, there is a message that says, "Something went wrong!" and nothing else. It could just be my service, and not an issue with the app itself, but I thought I'd just provide my input for anyone curious enough to read this.
