Ive been a premium member for just under a year. this app has helped me sooo much with my adhd and doing the things. plus keeps my mind organized. It is also consistently evolving and getting better and better. However, there is one thing that has been frustrating and annoying that I wish would be fixed. If I add a new task or there is an update, the order of my list of tasks jumbles to a chaotic mess with no rhythm or reason. and it takes like 20 to 30 mins to reorganize. its SO frustrating🙃
I love this app because it has some wonderful options to help people help themselves. I personally use it as a task list, which helps my mental health a lot. It gives me some extra motivation to do the things I should already be doing. One suggestion I have is a goal accountability option between friends. Maybe free members can share one goal with one friend, while those with the paid version can share more goals. Some people need even more motivation and encouragement from their friends.
Honestly it's a cute app. I find it helpful to keep track of what goals I've done for the day, like eating. I used to go a few days every now and then where I've forgotten to eat, so this helped out a lot. I also like how they have small exercises, stretches and a little bit of journaling. However I would love it if they made it to where you can mark your mood manually too. There's been times where it only lets me me put down one or two moods for the day.
