I would love a dark mode. And the ability to schedule 36:12 or so for alternate day or M/W/F fasting. At the moment I have to schedule 24 hours for one day and 12 hours the next, or do a custom length fast by hand every time. The first option tries to count it as two different fasts. I can probably cheat your frosty system that way but that's not my motivation. The second option really isn't any more convenient than not using an app at all, except I get a countdown. Kinda regret subscribing tbh
Likes this app at first. But now you can't record a stop or start time and water intake at rhe same time as you will be hit with adds . Would have given more stars , but after over a year of use the adds are just to much. I like the app to keep track, but the adds are unneeded . I was able to change and not see them with one update, but now that option is gone. Not a great model if you want people to purchase the additional features. Which I do not need .
This app has kept me on track for success. It has quirky little phrases to assist you with tracking your water intake. My favorite is, "You're not a cactus. Drink some water." 😆 I also love how the app has animation explanations so you can see at what hour what is going on with your body. The app also has nice recipes to assist with meal prep and ideas on what veggies and fruit to eat. All and all, I am enjoying the app. It's full of entertaining information, and I'm learning a lot from it.
