The day of our experience we arrived and the event was canceled because of technical difficulties. We were issued vouchers in the app. When I went to reschedule you could not click on both vouchers for a single purchase. I used one voucher for two tickets but there would have been money left over, and it did not roll over to the other voucher. I was also not given the option of having a refund. This app is more complicated than it needs to be
This has to be the worst app ever. I'm not understanding how any companies are using them. If I have to purchase tickets through them again I just won't go. I had to send 4 emails to try to get an experience transferred when I finally got a response. Then I was supposed to have a voucher which it shows I don't! Terrible app and experience
I definitely would not recommend this to anyone. I purchased tickets for an event and it ended up getting canceled. As I was following the instructions to reschedule the event for later date I ended up getting charged for new set of tickets. I emailed the customer service email numerous times requesting a refund because I have an upcoming surgery. Sound a number for customer service online and they refused to give me a refund. Only a credit. You're better off using Groupon instead. Terrible!!!!
