Pretty decent UI for finding seats, but for some reason the browser UI is better, showing the location of individual seats. Would much prefer this in the app. Also, fees (typically VERY significant) are NOT INCLUDED UP FRONT which is VERY MISLEADING. They do not tell you your final ticket price until right at the end after you input a credit card.
Horrible customer service! It's literally impossible to contact anyone if there's a problem with 'their' system/app/website (NO ONE responds to emails & forget finding a phone number). Trying to get credit for a postponed/canceled concert, to use the credit towards another concert/different artist, and I'm going to lose the tickets (and good airfare), because SEATGEEK leaves NO options to get help! What a disaster of a way to run a company... not everything can be solved by chat bots and AI!
Doubled sold tickets. Had purchased seats that someone else had. Difficult to contact anybody. Update: I did attempt to reach out! The website says that you can call, but there is no phone number listed. The instructions for support literally send you into a loop because they're either wrong or outdated. When I e-mailed, I got a message stating that there was a high volume of requests and they couldn't reply. Avoid SeatGeek at all costs!
