Guys you need to really fix this app because like this it's ridiculous. Sometimes it doesn't work, or it doesn't show the exercises gif/videos, workouts schedules are wrong/inconsistent from a circuit to another, progress bar doesn't follow real progress but jumps from stage to stage, and that list could go on. It's very unpleasant to use the app. Once I was not even able to open it! Worst money I have ever spent.
I tried the app and decided not to renew, but in the process, I had a great customer service experience. My account auto-renewed and billed my credit card even though I thought I had cancelled. I reached out, and they quickly responded and refunded me the money. A REAL person quickly and politely, without asking me any questions, etc. handled this for me. So I recommend trying the app, and if you don't like it for whatever reason, it is not a chore to work with customer service.
What everyone else says. The content is superb but it's let down by a terrible app. Usually it's the other way round! Come on fit! You and the trainers have done the hard work of producing genuinely great content people want to buy, reinvest in building a better app and set it free! In it's current form I just can't bring myself to buy another program (much as I want to) as I know it will be glitching all over the place when I'm trying to work out.
