I am still experiencing issues with the fasting timer not adjusting properly. I emailed customer support nearly a month ago, in which customer support has yet to answer my emails. No sense in paying $19.99 a month for this garbage, especially when they try to remove features every chance they get. A couple months back, they attempted to remove the water tracker feature, but after they received backlash, they brought it back.
day 1. posting to hold myself accountable. really liked this level of training. it's easing me into the harder stuff so I can accomplish my goal. Update 2/3/24 - I'm meeting my goal thanks to the app. A recent update may have caused the count down at the start of each exercise to stop being audible. I liked when it counted down so I knew when to start. It also doesn't announce the name of some of the excecises at the start of the movement so if my phone isn't nearby I have to walk over to see.
App is pretty good. Gives a variety of workouts and can change how challenging you want it. The only thing that needs to be fixed is it syncing to other apps for steps. It's says it it but only counts steps if you're holding your phone. Wish that could be fixed.
