This is an app that looks great on insta and that's it. The plans are all over the place. There is no real structure to it. The instructional videos are so rushed by the time you have the pose down, they are on to the next. I attempted several videos, but it is so unenjoyable, I asked for a refund on my 1 month trial. Maybe if I were more knowledgeable in yoga it would be better? But, considering it markets to beginners who are looking for a somatic exercise, it totally misses the mark.
Don't get excited and waste your money.. ☹ The App looked like it would be great, well not so much. The app has no fluidity. It's not really a personalized plan for you. The daily practices are 10 mins, and uses AI instead of a real instructor and goes so fast thru the poses that you really don't get a workout. You have to choose which exercises you want to do and if you're a novice it's easy to get confused. So disappointing 😞
UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES. I was charged an additional $39.99, which I did not authorize, and didn't become aware of until my bank contacted me regarding a fraudulent transaction. I've tried following the directions for a refund, but it only circles back to the FAQ page. I haven't bothered to use this app at all because I honestly don't trust anything about it after that initial issue.
