Overall, solid experience. The only gripes I have about it are that compound workouts are only listed under a single muscle group. For example, when looking for back barbell squats, which activate the entire posterior chain, you have to firs look under "quads" and then you can find it. This is better than the way it was before where all workouts were listed under the same muscle category. But by only allowing a compound workout to be under a single category, it is a pain to find.
This app is great for planning and tracking your workout. I have meticulously planned my week and created a great workout. The only problem, and it's a major one, is that the app is not saving any of my progress. I can't see what I've done, compare results, read my notes, check my weights. I contacted the developer about it and have had no response. Unfortunately it's a deal breaker for me. Edit: developer did respond and now I am able to record progress, thank you!
Works great especially for weight training and no cloud stuff necessary which I like. I wish there were more mobility exersices in addition to the static stretches. A few exercises are not found in their respective category, so you have to find them in the "all excersices" list.
