The app was easy to set up and connect to the watch. Unfortunately, the features offered lack cohesiveness. Example, you can do an ECG measurement and it will sync from watch to app. From there, you're on your own unless you're a cardiologist who can understand what the recorded wavelengths mean. There is no explanation what the reading means. Aside from that, the app is average and rarely has any issues with connectivity or stability. Please update the app with analysis of ECG as others do!
I'm not having all the problems as everyone else but I can suggest to them you need to set up 2 different connections on the Bluetooth one is for call watch and depending on the watch like mine is a QW33 as well as this app. Then take my word for it don't give up play with it until you get it set up properly. I know a lot of you are QUITERS Don't Be! Everything needs a little work to get it right..
Nicer app than most fitness watch apps I've used. Few suggestions to make it even better. 1). Allow user mod of recorded data. (If treadmill shows 2.8 miles but watch recorded 1.6, let the user change the data in the app) 2). Allow user to set frequency of consistent monitoring. Seems it records my heart rate every hour, but I'd like to do every 5 minutes. 3). Offer alarms for high/low heart rate. With COVID and people dying suddenly, having the watch warn the wearer is better.
