Your reply to my review suggesting I update this app, have a stable internet connection, and make sure there is enough storage are all in place. The app just ridiculously hogs connection. Watching Netflix and YouTube flawlessly without buffering or loading, then immediately switching to this app consistently lowers signal below kb. It shows this error message: "We are having issues right now. We are fixing a few things to improve your experience. Please try again later." Hope this app improves.
Nice design but the app still crashes fairly frequently. Date/time, that used to display when a load expires, still hasn't reappeared, only the date. The authors even wrote back, assuring me that they're working hard to improve the app yet 8 months later, not much has changed. And the constant pop up ads are still as annoying as ever.
I downloaded the app last week and since then it was always, "We are having issues right now. We are fixing a few things to improve your experience. Please try again later". Like what? I downloaded it because I wanted to subscribed and to register my load in the app but like it's trash, super trash. And some exclusive promos don't even have a choice which includes loads that is present on the device but you just put there G-CASH, BANK ACCOUNTS and 2 others, put the choice of PERSONAL LOAD. 🤬
