The app works perfectly before but last week it stopped working when I open it, it says "Oh no, something went wrong!" until now I kept pressing refresh it still doesn't work. Hope you can fix this as soon as possible because I really need it especially when I lost internet connection so I can use the app and set an appoint for technician visit because I can't call globe for it, they always use automated message.
I don't know why it keep saying "Oh no! Something went wrong. We encounter a problem while processing your last request" everytime i open the app, if it is for the other features, developer should resolve it. But for the monitoring of bill and payments, this app is accurate and very convenient. App is also immediately updates the payments and balances after payment. I have not yet tried the Help from Technician features for connection issues if it works well. Rate it 5 stars.
Honestly fix the damn app. It's been 3 days since it stopped working, continuously prompting the error that I'm "disconnected." Been patient with the upgrade for our plan so I won't have to deal with limited data plan and volume boosts, but now I can't even do that. Tried everything from reinstalling, using other devices, connecting to other networks: Nothing works.
