Nice idea but I have never been able to open this app at a till point, either there's no signal at St pancrass, or it needs updating at London Bridge or I have to wait for a verification code in the petrol station - and I'm holding up the queue and everyone gets annoyed. please design a simpler app, all it needs to do is open and let you scan a qr code, like every other loyalty app. simple.
Thank you for your response. It's not about making the app better it's just giving customer's more time to collect there free rewards once earned. Like I can get a physical stamp card and earn a free coffee and have no time limit to get my free one, but on the app I have to claim in a certain time The app is really good but it is rubbish that there is a time limit in which you have a month once you have earned your free rewards to collect else you loose it.... other then that the app is ok
Not the easiest when ordering a delivery. It's a nightmare most probably because the delivery partners Greggs uses when taken to that part to order does not work as well with the Greggs app and occasionally is a nightmare to use. Other than that the Greggs app is great to use for everything else. Lost one star purely for ordering a delivery could be so very much easier than it is.
