I like this app. It is pretty much what I need from a productivity app. The problem is sync doesn't work well. I get errors (502 error now on web), or changes/additions I make aren't showing. Applies to both web and Android app. Please fix this urgently. Edit: Android app has just told me to check my network connection. It thinks I'm offline. I'm not.
Genuinely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service. I've been double charged for the past 4 months and there is literally no other way of reaching customer service other than the chat on the website, it doesn't even feel like you're talking to someone. The app or the servers show an error on a regular basis which makes this app super unreliable to use when you're trying to write notes done and it shows error code and deletes the notes straight away.
Sleek looking and easy to use. I am using it to replace the (soon to be discontinued) Wunderlist. The current version (18.1) duplicate any tasks after date editing and syncing, deleting them is easy but I really hope you guys fix that bug on the next release.
