Can't view credit card transactions after statement date unless download PDF statement. And the PDF is only available after a few days. So there is a few days in between where the transaction history is totally not accessible. This is limbo period - same for both web and app
I don't know why it always show unstable internet connection eventhough my connection is just fine. It only happen when i try to do transaction. It happens more than 5 times already. And in different time. Means, there's a problem with the system
Used to be my No.1 online banking app, good surface but i believe it slow down the speed. However it became no user friendly, alot error& long waiting time for transactions, in the end cannot, waste my time. Cannot use their app when urgent.
