This app isn't anything like the pictures shown. Some things are there for you to control but I want complete control over my network settings. I should be able to change between 2.4 and 5g on my own. I may have to consider connecting my router back up again. Plume doesn't offer settings that should be up to the user to be changed, not service providers. Just not what I thought it would be.
Dumbest system I've ever worked with. Most other systems you go into the program change the password change the Wi-Fi name easy peasy your system you got to go stand near a pod which doesn't work and it doesn't register. I've stood there and it never recognized it there is complete failure with the process. When I call customer service they should change the password in their system since I can't do it in my system, but no another failure.
I am able to set time limits on my daughter's devices, however I can only set one at a time. This app needs to allow me to set one time for weekdays and one time for weekends without having to switch them back and forth. It's really annoying. I can only set 1 freeze time event for the weekdays, but I need to set a totally different event for weekends. If I don't switch them manually every Sunday and Friday, it doesn't work. Please allow multiple events to run automatically.
