As a student, this app works well with the Campus notebooks I bought. The GUI, while simplistic in design, can be a little bit confusing for first time users to get into (especially when actually scanning notes) as there are no explanations as to what each button does. Additionally, I would really like if there was an option to re-scan a page without having to re-scan ALL the pages in that series of notes. Maybe this option is there, but it wasn't obvious to me. Probably a problem in itself.
great concept but it's very difficult to keep pictures in focus as it doesn't let you take the pic, it's just constantly scanning so you can't line it up. it also cuts off a big chunk of the page, the margins for scanning should be clear on the page in my opinion, it's such a waste of paper and the pads are expensive. Also, if scanning multiple pages and 1 is unfocused, you have to cancel all of them. Frustrating but I really love the idea.
For the most part it's fairly decent, especially for searching through your notebooks for handwritten notes and having things backed up/organized in one place. But just basic settings like a retake button, not scanning every 2 seconds so you have time to line it up properly, the ability to keep the torch off when it isn't necessary, these things are all missing. It makes the actual scanning process a pain, which is a shame because the actual app is very useful and it seems like a fairly easy fix
