Way too many buttons and labeled functions either don't work at all, or display data that's days or weeks old. 90% of what I usually want from the app I can get directly from the National weather service much more quickly. For example, it offers 3 channels of video coverage, one for audio updates, and one for written discussion. It's so rare that any of them have any current information that it's not worth the time to check them all multiple times a day.
I used to really like and appreciate this app because it would send notifications and help me to prepare for storms. Seems over the last few months the push notifications stopped. Just discovered a few minutes ago a storm is right on top of us and I had no clue as the push for this app completely failed. I don't watch fake news media as all the weather reports they do are sensationalized and fear mongering. Uninstalling and going with a better app. If i can find one...
I LOVE this app, is VERY in depth with ACCURATE and up- to-date info. It can be tedious to try to navigate through and slow at times, however it is worth the wait. Now, "tweak" the app so it will immediately provide location specific info to ME during MY emergency / dangerous weather event every time I open the app, THEN you will be providing the most indispensable of all emergancy weather apps out there!!
