The app had one job and it failed. 1. Check in, done 2. Get boarding pass done 3. Try to retrieve boarding pass from boarding passes option/open app to get to earlier pass screen while boarding - it's GONE. Not once, but twice, on two separate trips on different days. Do you really need a server connection or back end to save the boarding pass of someone who just checked in? There's got to be a better way to do this too. (Luckily i was wise to save a pdf). But this is horrible. Please fix.
They fixed what wasn't broken. Used Indigo and their app successfully for years, now it's falling apart. The app won't send OTPs, can't find a booking, & perhaps the most frustrating is the "send" button is under the "ask me" icon. A message can't be sent without opening the dialogue box which goes round in circles. Ah one thing more frustrating is staff are always saying, sorry about that, it's OK, it will be fine, just book as a guest etc. Sorry you tried to fix something that wasn't broken.
the app design is very bad. They don't have a confirmation for cancelation of ticket. I was checking my cancelation fees for my ticket and didn't confirm the cancelation, but still, my ticket got canceled. Also, no notifications came for the cancelation. So when I manually checked my pnr, then I got to know my ticket got canceled. Then, when I complained to customer care, they triggered the cancelation notifications from the backend. Very bad experience. I didn't expect it from indigo.
