+Sightseeing suggestions seems pretty good so far. -Sloppy UI Poor feedback when pushing buttons on the top bar. Search bar doesn't respond. Mapping of the app is messy, so navigating it is as well. -Weather location doesn't stay on the new location after changing. I have to change it from the preset location every time. The layout of each page makes it worse too. I strongly suggest putting the links for navigation below the top bar instead.
This app was a godsend, especially with public transit. We relied heavily on the route search option in Tokyo, Kyoto, Shibu Onsen, and Osaka. The points of interest feature was handy when we found ourselves getting to a location early and needing to kill some time. I appreciated having the emergency services numbers handy as well, though of course we had no need for them. All in all, I would always make sure this is on my phone for any trip to Japan!
While it is useful from mapping from station to station and to certain hotels, it does not map all destinations or all places like Google map. A combination of using this app and Google map seems to be the ideal mix. Also, I wish it showed schedules that might be a little more closer to the start time or browse schedules that are 5 minutes early or 5 minutes later as a list instead of changing the time and searching again.
