The app provides a basic user experience and the app will often have a decent delay before it recognizes the buds are paired. Every time the app is opened it has to vonnect to the buds before I can even look at the status page. Additionally, there is absolutely no gesture customization (I realize this may be device specific) which would have been nice. Overall ok but could be better. Obviously not an important app for JBL
Worked for a minute. Connected my new Reflect Aeros to it and went through the fit and noise cancelling checks, but now the app won't show the personalization settings. I tried to click through other menus and it jumps back to the orange my product screen. The app is broken. Tried uninstalling and redownloading. Did not fix the issue.
Almost perfect! The sound quality is absolutely awesome for the price point, and they do fit nicely in my ears. The one thing I wish the tap controls could be managed in different configuration for example right increase volume and left decrease. I have the app to customize within the opportunity there and that works well for instruction and troubleshooting, all in all I'm happy with the purchase.
