Pathetic experience for online order. I had placed an order which took 2 days to arrive and had 10 missing items in it. When I called customer support, a ticket was raised for the same. I followed up multiple times over next few days to resolve the issue and I was told that ticket is in progress. It is 10 days now and the app is showing as product replacement done. On enquiry, they are saying it will still take 2 more days for refund to be credited. Absolutely pathetic!
There is bug in your app, after adding debit card while doing payment. It is not landing into payment page and it's keep on landing into order summery page. Which is frustrating and not able to place a order. Also app is very slow and often gets crash. With this kind of service to users, you are burning your brand value. Also I know what would be the standard reply you will do, eventhough wanted to raise a issue.
Worst experience... I cancelled a order soon after I placed realising T'was wrong product.. It's been more than 2 weeks .. Refund hasn't been hit my account. They have very bad customer service!. 2. It's about offline store: They always put the offer label on product, but when we bill they charge the original price. If we ask biller, they say offer had already expired... This happened to me multiple time. Very bad marketing tactics.! Cheaters!
