Good Concept. But the plan is definitely not configured to my fitness level, as answered in the questionnaire. The current version of the app does not allow you to change the activities. and being a fitness beginner with multiple sizes to lose, The plan as created will cause injuries. Hopefully there is a to adjust the plan, before injury takes place, and I'm just missing the edit button.
App works well and workouts are overall pretty fitting for my skill level. it really helps that the workouts offered not only keep my attention but are still doable with my back issues. My big issue is that on the 3rd day I suddenly was locked out of the workouts. The app made itself out as a free to use app with perks if you paid for a subscription, but not once does it say it's more of a trial. Really wish i had checked other reviews first.
I like the questions it asks and the breakdown, but for an app that says "lazy workouts" it's not very entry level workout friendly. I wish most that there was a way to remove specific types of workouts. Example being, there's so many squats in the plan but that's the number 1 my doctors tell me I'm not allowed to do because it causes damage to my hip. With being hypermobile, it's just not something I can safely do. If there's an update where we can select no go's, I will definitely try again
