This new app has pros and cons. It's nice to be able to transfer directly from an account. There are several visual glitches in the UI that should be fixed. The new UI has bonus of more acct info, but it chewing a ton of screen real-estate. Grouping accounts should be optional. I had all my accounts in order before based on utilization instead of type.
This app is garbage. I entered my username and password to log in and it immediately says I need to change my password and that it's going to text me. Then before texting me, it asks for my SSN #. Sorry, but it's not going to happen. My previous 2 factor authentication should be enough. I'm uninstalling this and changing banks. (This is the last straw - they still haven't fixed many issues from their "wonderful" backend system upgrade a couple Octobers ago.)
The old app worked fine, but so far with this one I've had to completely reset my account and my dad sent me some money through Zelle but the texted link leads back to a nonexistent page (the third way of sending money in a year, great!). I'm not sure if I have to create a whole new separate account on Zelle too, to receive it but the fact that I have to spend extra time out of my day to solve this issue is infuriating. If I had any other way to manage my money on the go I'd delete this.
