Seems like a cool app to edit your photos but really just grabs your money and runs. I signed up for the subscription after buying a cheap back and haven't been able to use the subscription ever since. Basically, I paid over $30 for the app to edit a handful of photos for me one time. And over half of them were deformed looking. Don't do it. Highly disappointed. I'm trying to get my money back, we'll see how that goes.
UPDATED 2024: I have purchased the yearly subscription, which was around $40.00, I believe. On top of that, you have to purchase AI images every time you use it. They usually cost between $5.99 and $7.99. It just depends on how many. I have purchased over 9,600 images from their AI, and I can honestly say that maybe 50 of the images are actually useful. As someone who has wasted hundreds, if not thousands of dollars already, save your money. Even the photo editor isn't that great.
My purchase for Lensa App's "magic avatars" resulted in an error, app crash, and subsequent payment requests without access to the features. Despite reaching out to support via email, I received no response or refund. This lack of assistance and failure to deliver on promises make Lensa App a regrettable investment. Caution to potential users, as my experience highlights significant issues with the app's functionality and customer support.
