QR payment is still so damn slow and oftentimes ends with system busy message. GoPay topup is still pretty wokny and always ended up with temporary service error even though the topup is success and my account is deducted. Tap area for top-up and payment menu is so darn small you need ant-sized fingers to be able to access it properly, oftentimes you are going into transaction history when you want to do top up. This annoyance quickly ruins the experience of what suppose to be a sleek modern app
The app is great. But the login UI decision for not being able to paste a password lead me to use an easy remember instead of using the random generated password. Which is bad for security. Also, lack of 2FA is concern me too.
It's already very good compared to.other digibanks. However I hope you change the page design after completing a transfer. It's confusing for the receivers since there are nothing that state the transfer status is successful/completed
